Returns and refunds

Our post-production process is essential to providing you with the best quality 3D printed jewellery and accessories. We thoroughly inspect all our items before shipping to ensure they are free from defects. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate the returns process, please provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue with the product.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty or defective by our team, we will offer you the following options:

  • A full refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit to the value of your purchase
  • A replacement of the same product, subject to availability

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase or require a different size or style. While we do not offer returns for such cases, we are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the item you wish to exchange. Please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Certain items are exempt from returns and exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Earrings (for pierced ears)
  • Customised or personalised items.

To initiate a return for a faulty or defective product or request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at amantilondon@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return or exchange
  2. Wait for our team to review your request and provide further instructions, including return shipping details (if applicable).

For faulty or defective products, we will process your refund or replacement within seven days after receiving the returned item. For exchanges, we will process the shipment of the replacement item within seven days after receiving the original item.

If you are returning a faulty or defective product, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs. For exchanges or non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
